Kirsten Moore is an undergraduate at Chapman University majoring in US History and screenwriting. She hopes to further her interests in human geography and ethnic populations in graduate school after her graduation in 2011. She will be writing a thesis within the next year on health policy in San Francisco during the 1918-1919 influenza epidemic, particularly within the city's different ethnic populations.
