I talked two days ago with a friend of mine that works with payroll outsourcing companies. We were both surprised to see that Utah is the leader state when it comes to middle class middle skill job growth. But hey, today we have lots of surprise when it comes to business innovation so I guess that such surprises will happen even further as progress in time.
