Marc is the founder and principal of Martinez and Wright where he advises venture-backed and large corporate business clients, and government agencies. His emphasis is on strategic and financial implications of population and demographic dynamics.
Marc has performed competitive and strategic analyses for clients in high tech, energy, housing, commercial real estate and public infrastructure development. He has also done planning studies for states and municipalities, and developed business models for public-private solutions for large public employers from California to the Carolinas.
Marc built a prior start-up around proprietary business intelligence technology, which led to his involvement in two IPO’s and his ongoing activity in venture capital. It also anchored his functional focus on adopting evidence-based methods as the foundation for policymaking and business strategy.
